Sixes Lacrosse Interest Form
We are wondering if our OBK community is interested in playing Sixes lacrosse this fall.
Complete the interest form before August 21. *This is the same form as before, so if you added your name in July, you do not need to complete the form. For all the details, please click into the form.

The Ontario Lacrosse Sixes Sector is a newer, fast-paced version of lacrosse designed to make the game more accessible, exciting, and internationally competitive. It combines key elements of traditional lacrosse into a smaller-sided, quicker format and aligns with efforts to grow the sport globally, including its inclusion in the Olympics.
Key Facts About Ontario Sixes Season
- Begins in late August
- Provincial championships take place in October 16-18 in Hamilton, Ontario
Team Rosters
- Maximum roster size: 15 players (including a goalie)
- Maximum players listed on a game sheet: 12
- You MUST be an Oshawa or Port Perry resident to register with our organization
Coach Certification
- Coaches and trainers who are already certified in any current-season Ontario Lacrosse Association sector are automatically certified for Sixes once they register in a Sixes product through SportzSoft
Scheduling
- Game scheduling is similar to rep box lacrosse
- Teams should expect travel during weekdays and/or weekends for games
Conflicts
• Sixes is considered a rep season, which requires consistent attendance for games and practices due to the low roster size. Please keep this in mind when filling out the below questions.
