EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR BOX LACROSSE

The Oshawa Minor Lacrosse Association is a member of the Ontario Lacrosse Association, and as such our players are required to wear the equipment required by our governing body.  Players will only require some basic lacrosse or hockey equipment: hockey helmets with face mask, mouth guard, shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves, kidney/back pads, athletic support and cup. A lacrosse stick and indoor running shoes are also required. Peanut Soft Lax (ages 3-4) only require a helmet with face mask, stick, some sort of glove, and indoor running shoes.

Note that for City League, the club provides the goaltender equipment with the exception of a helmet & mask, gloves, and shoes.

Please visit the Canadian Lacrosse Association Technical Bulletins web page for all up-to-date equipment technical notifications
