Information for goalies - If any player is wishing to play goalie, or try the position, please let me know. Goaltending in box lacrosse looks like hockey, but is a bit different. I teach box lacrosse goaltending and players I have worked with have gone on to be successful. We will supply the equipment except a helmet and gloves. Coaching U7 Paperweight – if anyone is interested in coaching U7 please let me know ASAP. Once I have a list, I will send out more information. Coaching City League is very easy, all the practices are clinic-style and you can learn as you go.

U7 Rep – we have had interest in forming a Rep team please let me know ASAP if you are interested. We are also looking for coaches and a manager for this team. U7 Rep players will still play City League, but we have extra floortime to develop. Cost is low, there is one tournament, and it is a fun introduction to rep lacrosse.

First Week of U7 – the first two dates of U7 are 1-hour skills evaluations clinics. While we generally place players in the own neighbourhood teams (East End, West Side, North Ridges, & Lakeview) we also want to ensure the teams are balanced competitively. We are still putting things together, but the first week is Monday, April 13th 6PM & Wednesday, April 15th, Children’s Arena. Please note that because we will have 3 full teams this year, we will play a 2-game round robin each week. Each game is mini-game. We will also be having War-on-The-Floor tournaments which are 3v3 cross-floor mini-games.
