All Stars!

This year's City League All Star games has intrigue, penalties, goalies, and a first!

A first for Oshawa!

On May 23rd, the first ever All Girls team played an exhibition game against the U11 All Stars.  The Girls were a combined U13, U11 & U9 team.  The U11 All Stars took a 2-0 lead into the third period until the Girls stormed back to tie the game 2-2.  Hannah, Colle, Victoria, Emily, Breigh, Quinn N, Quinn D & Memphis suited up for the Girls.

In an earlier game that night, in U9 All Star action, the Northeast squeaked by the Southwest 4-2.

Adults come to town

The Adults were in town to take on City League All Stars this week.  On Tuesday, June 4th, the U9 All Stars beat the Adults 4-2 in a wild game that saw spills, thrills, and penalties!  In the second game, the Adults brought it against the U11 All Stars winning 6-3.  On Wednesday, June 5th, the Adults squandered a 2-0 first period lead to be swarmed by the persistent U7 All Stars who eventually came out on top 6-3.
