2026 Wall Ball Challenge

Wall Ball Challenge has begun! For the next 15 days, spend some time with a wall or rebounder practicing your skills! Pick one of the two challenge sheets and spend the time improving your skills. 

Tag your effort on Instagram (@oshawalacrosse) or Facebook (Oshawa Minor Lacrosse Association) *Limited to 1 tag per player per day.

Submit your completed wall ball sheets to OBK Social Media Director (socialmedia@oshawablueknights.ca) on July 30, 2026 by 12:00 pm. Winner announced in the following days. Prizes will be shared on social media! Follow us today!
