Jim Bishop Memorial Tournament 2012

2012 was the 140th anniversary of lacrosse in Oshawa, so we wanted to do something special to celebrate, and that something was the first Jim Bishop Memorial Tournament.  Humble beginnings, the tournament started as a 6-team, 7-game Novice C/D tournament with teams from Oshawa 1 & Oshawa 2, Clarington 3, Kingston, Brampton, & Huntsville.  It was a very successful tournament and paved the way for our current Braver Than Brave tournament.

The tournament took place at Legends Centre on Saturday, July 7th.

In the end the Excelsiors were a bit stronger than everyone and took the trophy.
