OMLA Refund/Cancellation Policy

All registrations carry a $35.00 non-refundable administration fee.

If you cancel your registration after the season starts: (for City League)

Registration Fee refunded less $35.00 administrative fee & less 10% per week of City League passed (pro-rated)

(there are no refunds after the 5th week of City League or for repeated disciplinary issues)

There is a $10 NSF charge for any returned cheques.

Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) Policy

Offense Declaration Form – If you have your CRC completed, you need this every year after

2026 CIR Letter  – This will get you your CRC Check for $20 - please email the Registrar for a copy of this letter.

You can also use Sterling Backcheck to obtain a CRC, but this process costs a bit more.
