OMLA Coaching App

The OMLA Selection Committee will be chaired by the VP of Rep. As per the OMLA Constitution, appointed board members volunteer as part of the Selection Committee. The VP of Rep is tasked with facilitating the process, plus if necessary, serves as the tie break vote when the selection committee is unable to reach a decision. The focus of the Selection Committee is to interview each candidate, asking them relevant questions, and then recommending the best candidate for each representative team to the Board of Directors. 

It is the goal of the Selection Committee to make an informed recommendation without bias to the Board. All candidates that apply for a representative team will receive an interview and all candidates will be contacted whether successful or otherwise.
